Alok Kumar (Founder & Executive Director)
Alok Kumar, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer in Zven has over a decade of experience in the software industry. He is responsible for the development and execution of organization's business strategies, market positioning, and branding.
Hailing from Engineering and Management background from India’s premier institutes IT-BHU and IIM-C; he Possess excellent Client engagement & leadership skills and has given direction to some key initiatives in Business Development. He is also additionally responsible for CRM strategy in the Siebel/Oracle and Microsoft CRM solutions.
Prior to becoming a founder member of Zven, he has been associated with organizations like i-flex solutions and Inforte India Pvt Ltd (Business & Decision Company) in various responsible positions.
Sumit Shukla (Founder & Executive Director)
Sumit Shukla, Co-Founder and serving as Chief Strategy Officer in Zven. With more than a decade of industry experience in execution of various offshore & onshore IT projects, Sumit brings with him a lot of wealth expertise in managing and mobilizing from deciding and deploying strategies across divisions, providing the technical roadmap of the organization and providing oversight to all the major development efforts in the company.
A Certified Investment Banker, Sumit holds an MCA degree from IIPS, Indore. He heads the Product Development unit and guides the team to develop innovative solutions. His technical expertise lies in the Java and related technologies. Also, with substantial experience of designing product architectures in .Net, here is the confidence that can handle any technology with ease and comfort. In domain expertise, he has worked in Consumer banking and Capital Markets in Financial Services Sector and E-Commerce domain to provide quality solutions to the clients he has worked with.
Prior to becoming a founder member of Zven, he has been associated with Java Jugglers as Vice President (Technology), Indus Valley Partners as Senior Architect and i-flex as Consultant.
